Peach Raspberry Crisp

Recipe

  • 4 c. sliced, peeled peaches
  • 1 1/2 c. raspberries
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 T. lemon juice

Topping

  • 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 5 T. butter, melted

Combine peaches and raspberries. Add next 4 ingredients and mix gently. Place in a greased 7in x 11in pan. Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle over the peach/raspberry mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
